Gennie's path in the design field was serendipitously mediated by her lack of interest in traditional academia. After completing her higher education, she chose to pursue a degree in Multimedia as opposed to the more conventional subjects that her peers have opted for. This turned out to be the right choice for Gennie and she is proud to have successfully carved her niche and pursued the right career as a Web Designer.

With almost 3 years of experience in design, Gennie is presently on board the Techsailor ship as a Web Designer, involving herself actively in projects ranging from Corporate Websites to Online Social Networks. Throughout her work, Gennie has found herself to be increasingly keen on design; she possesses a knack for colors and is truly passionate about seeking perfection in every of her design. Needless to say, her greatest satisfaction (as akin to any designer) is derived from the appreciation and accolades for her designs.

Away from work, Gennie enjoys taking part in outdoor activities, sampling good food, participating in sports as well as hanging out with friends to get herself away from the computer screen and inspire her life. Also of essence, is music which she finds therapeutic and relaxing to her mind.

To Gennie, family and friends are the most important people in her life and she truly enjoys and cherishes every moment with them. Gennie's dream is to be able to have her very own house, decorate her very own room and cook in her very own kitchen for her loved ones and herself - an almost picturesque illustration of the simple life she desires.
